First Degree Reiki

• The history of Reiki and how it came about into the West

This course will require 2 days of attending to go through the total of 4 rituals as we open and connect your Heart, Throat, 3rd eye and Crown Chakra to the channel of Reiki. This will include a ritual, which you are required to sit with your eyes closed, for each of the Chakras

• Importance of daily self cleanse (energetically)
• What is involved in a full self cleanse and how to perform it for yourself
• What hand positions correspond to different aspects in your life
• How to perform Reiki on others, safely opening and closing for the greatest and highest good for all

• Sending Reiki Healing
• Using Reiki on personal problems
• Intention setting with journaling, vision boards and art.
